Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Trenva East Orange Tree Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Services Provided

Trenva East Orange Tree Service provides professional tree care services including but not limited to tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for our services. Estimates are based on site conditions at the time of inspection and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary if site conditions change or additional work is required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time window, but delays may occur due to weather, equipment issues, or previous job complications. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Preparation

Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to work areas, including unlocked gates and removal of obstacles such as vehicles, outdoor furniture, or decorations. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other features not clearly marked or disclosed prior to work beginning. Clients should notify us of any known underground utilities, septic systems, or other hidden features.

Liability and Insurance

Trenva East Orange Tree Service carries comprehensive liability insurance and workers compensation coverage. We are not liable for pre-existing damage to trees, plants, or property, or for damage resulting from hidden defects, disease, or decay not visible during initial inspection. While we take every precaution to protect your property, some minor lawn damage may occur from equipment use and is considered normal in the course of tree work.

Permits and Regulations

Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local ordinances for tree removal or other services. We can assist in determining permit requirements and may obtain permits on your behalf for an additional fee. Work will not proceed until all required permits are obtained.

Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship and will address any issues resulting from our services at no additional charge. However, we cannot guarantee the survival or future health of trees, as many factors beyond our control affect tree health. We are not responsible for tree failure or decline resulting from pre-existing conditions, environmental stress, disease, or pest infestation.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
